Privacy Policy

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Purposes of processing and legal bases

  • Handling enquiries and quotes — we process the data you send us via the contact form or by e-mail in order to reply and prepare an offer. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
  • Traffic measurement (analytics) — if you give consent via the cookie banner, we measure site traffic so we can improve it. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent.
  • Site security and operation — we process technical data necessary to protect the site against abuse and to keep it running reliably. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure.

3. Categories of data processed

  • first name and surname,
  • business or company name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number (if you provide it),
  • the content of your message, including data on volume and textile types,
  • IP address,
  • cookie identifiers.

4. Recipients of personal data

We do not pass your data on for commercial purposes. We disclose it only to processors providing technical services for us:

  • Resend — delivery of e-mails sent from the contact form.
  • Google Ireland Limited — traffic measurement, only if you have consented to analytics cookies.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — advertising measurement, only if you have consented to marketing cookies.
  • the hosting provider on whose servers the website runs.

5. Transfers to third countries

Google and Meta may transfer personal data to the United States of America. Such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which the European Commission has recognised an adequate level of protection. If you do not consent to analytics or marketing cookies, no such transfer takes place.

6. Retention period

  • Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last communication.
  • The record of your cookie consent is kept for 12 months, after which we will ask you for consent again.

7. Your rights as a data subject

In connection with the processing of your personal data you have:

  • the right of access to the personal data we process about you,
  • the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability to another controller,
  • the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

9. Automated decision-making and profiling

Your personal data is not subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. We do not make any decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you by automated means.
