Who is PERLAundry for?
We are a professional laundry for businesses — hotels and guesthouses, apartments and short-term rentals (Airbnb), restaurants, cafés and catering. Our facility is at Račianska 66 in Bratislava.
What types of linen do you wash?
We wash bed linen (covers and sheets), towels and bath sheets, bath mats, tablecloths, curtains and drapes, as well as duvets and pillows.
How long does the laundry take?
We wash your linen within 48 hours. Pickup and delivery times are agreed according to your operating schedule.
Do you provide pickup and delivery?
Yes. We pick up dirty linen directly at your premises and deliver clean linen back. Transport is charged separately and is not included in the per-item prices.
What is the difference between washing and leasing?
With the laundry service you own the linen — we simply collect, wash and return it. With leasing we rent you our linen and manage the whole cycle, so you do not invest in your own stock or handle its replacement.
What machinery and chemistry do you use?
We use professional DOMUS machinery and certified DIVERSEY chemistry. Everything is set up so the linen is clean, hypoallergenic and unscented.
Is the linen suitable for allergy sufferers?
Yes. The entire process is set up so the linen is hypoallergenic and unscented — free of artificial fragrances that could bother sensitive guests.
How do you prevent mix-ups or lost linen?
We track linen from pickup through to delivery back. This means we know where every item is — resulting in zero losses and mix-ups.
Can you handle fast turnaround for short-term rentals?
Yes, short-term rentals and Airbnb are our speciality. We tie delivery to your bookings, and with linen rental you always have enough sets for guest turnover. If you manage several apartments, we handle them in a single cycle.
